Advice on filling out form G-325A

Hello 
I'm living in China with my wife. She is Chinese. I need some advice about how to fill out the G-325A form. On our G-325A forms on the part next to where you sign, it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for: I think I should choose other (specify) but what do I type next?I-130 spouse or CR-1?  We will be going to Guangzhou in April to fill hand in our forms.

Yes You click  OTHER and write I-130. I just did the same earlier this month.
