The reason for mentioning the NBC*, IOE , etc is so we can know / track which case numbers based on the NBC etc are being processed faster than others.

 

Some NBC* from May got passport by Dec 2016, but others with IOE are still waiting for interview dates..

Finally got a text notification:

 

USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # NBC* xxxxxxxxx. Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.

 

Also case is available online and says:  On February 27, 2017, we received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC*xxxxxxxxx, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice...

Yes I think Feb 27th will be your NOA date.

For some reason I didn't sign up (g1145) for the text/email notifications. I thought only designated service centers participate in it.

Hi guys I just updated the chart. I was scheduled for my biometrics on 03/06/2017 at the USCIS support center in Alexandria Va, but went for an early walk in today March 01 at 8 am. 

Now waiting for my case status to change to "in line for interview" and then it is all their hand/ the waiting game will officially start!!! good luck to everyone!!!

Got case number in an email, with notice date of 02/27.

Could somebody pls add me to the list? No clue how to do it on a cellphone ?

Sent to Dallas lockbox, the receipt number is NBC though.

God!! I guess I missed a lot when setting up my profile. How do I do that? If you go to my timeline, you will see all the details of when I filed, etc. Isn't that the same thing?
