Thanks for your reply. Yeah, we will see what an L2 officer has to say.  Not much timeline to write:  Applied Feb 2017, went to Bio appointment in March.  No other changes to online status or snail mail letters since then.

Oh wait a minute. Is the case still stuck on Fingerprinting scheduled status.

Then you definitely need to call and talk to L2 Asap.

Try and do an online e request for did not receive notice and not for outside processing times. This will be allowed even if you aren’t past processing times and can catch cases where it has been scheduled but the online update system hasn’t changed. My roc biometrics letter didn’t update and and others were getting theirs before me, I put this erequest in and got a reply with my biometrics notice attached a week or two later

Yeah, unfortunately, the only options for a service request on my case are "Did not receive by mail" and "Case outside normal processing time".  I attempted to submit a "Case outside normal processing time" but was rejected due to the official office case processing time being November 2016 while I applied in February 2017.  I also submitted a "Did not receive by mail" request, but technically I would not have received anything by mail yet.  The online status should have changed to "In line for interview", but a mail receipt is not issued when that change occurs.  I have not heard back from them yet regarding the "Did not receive by mail" request.

So, I am going to call this week and see what I can do over the phone.

Yes, the online status has stayed on "Fingerprint Appointment Was Scheduled" since February, in spite of attending the fingerprinting appointment in March.

I am also going for citizenship and I can select did not receive notice by mail. sometimes the notice online doesn’t change to interview was scheduled when it should which it can also do without going to inline for interview first. That’s when it can be an issue with missing a notice so it’s still understandable to put that request in.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to move from Oath ceremony scheduled to Oath ceremony letter mailed ??

Six weeks, but that included "additional time" for changing of a last name. The oath ceremony (this Friday) will be almost exactly two months after the interview.

Hi all,

I filed at the end of February and just got letter scheduling my interview.

I filed for removal of conditions after divorce, showed reasons why we divorced.  I got permanent card.

I waited 5 years since initial green card since I was nit married to the USC.

Has anyone been through something like this? Do I still need to bring tax transcripts? I am the only one on the last three years because of divorce

Thanks

When you get the interview letter, they will specifically mention what they want you to bring. Be ready with the official IRS tax transcripts of the last 5 years and/or the tax returns copy of the last 5 years.
