The requirement of the credit card scan and your ID has been a hit or miss with each airline over the years.  Some airlines ask others do not.  Playing it safe as you did saved her from having headaches at the airline check in. I wish her safe travels.

Thank you, Greenbaum.

Is all she needs to fly out the passport stamped with GCP, the K1 visa, and the letter from St. Luke's?

She needs her passport with visa attached, her visa packet commonly refered to as the"do not open envelope" CFO sticker and personal belongings. That's the bare minimums.

Passport with visa, visa package stamped DO NOT OPEN, CFO sticker and DS-3025 (KEEP THIS as you will need to have it for AOS later).

I never heard of this form. She needs to fill it out before boarding her flight?

That is the vaccination record she received during the medical at St. Luke's, need to have that for AOS after you are married.
