Overdue AOS - Questions

So due to unfortunate events we have not been able to submit for AOS until now (a year later). 

We are ready now but my medical expired. And we do not have healthinsurance, how do I know which doctor I should go to? And what should I tell the doctor, is their something I need to give him? 

Do I need to get all the vaccins again? 

 

And not medical related, but did anything change? I am still good to go to just send in AOS when I am late?

You'll be okay to send AOS incl. AP and EAD off. 

 

Yes you will need a new medical. If you call them they can tell you the doctor in your area there can do the medical or you can see it online.

 

No you can bring the vaccine sheet you got last time to show them that you have gotten the vaccines already.

 

And since you guys have been married for over 2 years you will get the 10-year GC.

You'll need the Form I-693 filled out appropriately, see one of the pinned posts in the AOS forums regarding DS-3025 vs. I-693 when adjusting from K-1.
