There are 2 (or rather 3) sides to this:

1. Do you lose the {US, Brazilian} citizenship if you take on the German one?

2. Will Germany grant you citizenship if you are still a citizen of {USA, Brazil}

For 1., you won't lose US citizenship - they ignore all other citizenships. I am not familiar with Brazil citizenship rules.

For 2., by default, Germany does not grant citizenship if you still hold the citizenship of a non-EU country. (Switzerland is also allowed.) However, there is a loophole: If losing the {US, Brazilian} citizenship would mean undue hardship, German citizenship may be granted nonetheless. Undue hardship could be that you have to pay a mayor penalty if you give up the other citizenships. So it's a case that can be argued, but you should ask in a German citizenship forum for better help.
