Then he isn't a Leninist. I'm confused what we were arguing about then.

not concerning the ultimate goal of socialism, though i do think bannon would like to create sort socialist utopia for those he feel have earned/deserve it.

Isn't Free Speech more about the government not limiting your ability to speak your mind? People can still protest, and if there is enough protesting that may make your "Free Speech" difficult, but your constitution-given right to Freedom of Speech is just that the GOVERNMENT will not limit you.

I think the bigger issue with that article is violent protests which aren't right. They have the right to protest him speaking on their campus, and I believe campuses can also choose to limit who can speak on their campus (even public institutions, though I believe they aren't quite as free to do as they please as a private University).

I'm not condoning the protesters since they turned violent and i don't believe in violent protests, but I fully support their right to protest someone that they feel violates the ideals and values of their university from speaking there.

Exactly.

Free speech does not mean freedom from repercussions if your views are somewhat racist and misogynist. Milo has somewhat views/speech that a lot find disagreeable, whether they are right or left. So Milo will go and talk where he is allowed to, and protesters are free to protest.

However, I do not condone the violence in protests.

I have no problem with people protesting but that isn't what they are doing. What they are doing and not for the first, second, or even 50th time in recent years, is violently preventing someone from expressing their right to free speech. That is disgusting behavior by people who made it clear as I said more than once, that they only believe in free speech as long as it applies to them. Nobody else deserves that right apparently. That is nothing short of sick, mentally ill behaviour. They need to go home and take a shower.

Show me that you meant to single out only that group and I will give you a bigger cookie.

If you have no problem with them protesting, why are you protesting here?

And what the heck is violent prevention? IS that hulk smashing someone preventing from doing anything?

If this was an extreme left person, like Van Jones, and the right did this, the left would be in an uproar. You are but another hypocrite and your comment makes absolutely zero sense.

What are you blathering about? Calm  down before you bust a vessel.

I said protesting is a right, however I dont condone violent protesting. So i support the protest, not the violence.

There, happy?

And I am sure the right have had their bout of violent protests and the rest of the rights did not defend them.

Nope. I find making excuses for such abhorrent behavior to be inexcusable and unacceptable.
