It has come to the time that my AOS is still pending, no interview yet (USCIS have scheduled and canceled the interview twice) and my EAD/AP is expiring in less than 90 days.

My EAD/AP will expire in April and I've had no notice for a rescheduled interview yet. What is the best plan of action?  Should I apply for a new EAD/AP through the Chicago lockbox, or can this be done through an infopass appointment?

Has anyone else had these kind of issues with AOS?

apply for a renewal EAD as soon as possible - https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/employment-authorization-document

include a copy of NOA1 and it should be free (see instructions).

Do you include a copy of NOA1 or a copy of the front and back of the original EAD/AP Card?

Thanks
