Hi folks,

I was wondering if any of you have had a nightmare like me dealing with the USCIS 800 line?

To cut a long story short, I'm waiting on my 10 year green card, and have been waiting since December 2015. My application was received on January 19th 2016 and as of the end of November 2016, I hadn't herd anything. During December 2016 I had to make 13 calls to the "help line" due to what seemed to me to be a lot of misinformation etc, now only 1 of these calls was actually helpful, and I will add that one of those calls was an excalation to a "immigration officer" there is a whole lot more to this story, I just wanted to know if this level of customer service is normal, thank you :)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
