I went for interview on the 9th Sept 2016, and they approve my visa my passport is with them. And it going 5 months now I've not receive my visa.

Did they give you any piece of paper before you left the interview?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Which country is he from? Some country have almost automatic AP (extra security checks) after the interview, and then now of course there is issues with Trump's executive order.

You could try contacting the immigration office at your Representative's office and see if they an find out more.

He's from Sierra Leone but working as a pastor in Morocco. My representative write the embassy,  they said that we should wait the case is under review. With 60 days they will take a decision
