K1 AOS Fees and Evidence Questions

Hi all!  I'm starting to prep for the AOS process after our wedding and had a few questions.

1) If we apply for AOS, EAD, and AP all at the same time, do we have to pay each of the fees separately, or can we just pay for the AOS fee and one $85 biometrics fee?  Has the December fee change affected this?  I've found a lot of threads saying different things and wanted to clarify.

2) Do we need to submit evidence of a bona fide relationship WITH the AOS packet, or do we have the evidence ready to present at interview?  This is something else that I've seen a lot of conflicting threads on, it seems like the requirements have changed over time?  None of the VJ or government websites list evidence as a packet requirement, but this feels a bit wrong and we want to be sure!

3) My fiance gave my current address as his intended address of residence on the initial application.  But I have a roommate, so my fiance and I will be finding our own place when he gets here.  Do we need to fill out a form with the new address as soon as we move (likely only a few weeks before the wedding), or can we just wait until AOS and put the new address as our current address?

4) We'll probably be moving to a different state a month or two after our wedding, while the application is still processing.  Will this be an issue in terms of which service center process our application?  Will the CA service center continue processing it even after we send our change of address form, or will they transfer us to our new service center?  How much will this slow down the process?

I think that's all for now, thanks for your help!

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Jamaica
Timeline

1.  The fee for EAD and AP applications are waived if filed with the I-485. Yes you pay one biometrics fee also. This info is in the guides.

2.   You see conflicting information because there are conflicting viewpoints.  You can add marriage evidence if you'd like. It is not required at time of application. Interview will require it.

2.  You can wait for AOS

Note: Applicants filing for this benefit at the same time or while an Adjustment of Status (I-485) application is pending are not required to pay any fee as it was included in the "total cost" of the I-485.

As for your 3rd point.

He needs to notify USCIS of any and all changes of address. (check the USCIS-site for the form and the time period)

As for the second point.

There are a lot of people that feel that front loading is helpful. I threw some extra pieces of info in the application and got the card in 3 months, but cannot say that was due to the extra info. My view is that in some cases front loading might be able to have them make a decision without an interview. However that is not always faster. And also there is no guaranteed formula for this. Do what you are most comfortable with and do go overboard. (there is someone on the other side that has to go through those 400 pictures :jest:) Again this is my personal view and nothing more than that.
