How do I know if mine got transferred to other service center? Fiance is in Qatar. Would it be much easier if he was in the Philippines?

Did you submit form G-1145 together with your i-129f application? It's a text/email notification from USCIS if your case has been forwarded from TX to CSC

I'm a Filipino residing in Singapore and I chose to process my petition here. It won't be a problem. Since your fiance is considered Qatar resident it will go through the same process as Philippines. Only difference is your fiance will need to get some government docs from both Philippines and qatar.  I hope this helps.

ROC Process:

11.23.2021: Received 24 Months Extension

Thanks. NOA1 is addressed from CA so I am assuming that's where they are processing the application. How long does it usually take to get NOA2?

Texas is just the lockbox office they do not process. So they transfer it to CA.

NOA2 currently around 70+ days from received date of NOA 1. That was after Christmas holidays til 2 early weeks of January. They had some hiccups from unknown reason. But its moving now! Before that it only takes 30+ days to noa2 approval.

Me any my fiance had to wait 87 days for our NOA2. Lets hope it will be faster now. There are alot of november filers. Hopefully they can finish all late october & nov filers til end of the month.

All the best!

You should base on your received date.

Dont worry they are working on it. Join our November filers thread. There are some late October filers That haven't touched yet. We just got our approval today too. We're 14th Nov. You'll have it soon :) someone just got approved today after 113days of wait.

Best wishes,

Val

Thanks Val!

And congratulations!!!

I see on the app I have that a ton of Philippines approvals are coming thru every day. Same some from mid October which gave me releif!!

But most are November and December already.

I was hoping the Congress inquiry would have sped up the process.

Good luck to you all!

I'll keep updating.

Thanks for all of the good words and advice everyone.

Update,

I searched online and we are Approved on Philippines Valentines Day! 02/13/17!!!!

My fiancée got a HUGE Bear, 20 Roses, Chocolates..... And NOA2 Approval

:)

WE ARE SUPER HAPPY!

What now?

Awesome! I told you you'll have it soon! :D

Perfect Valentine's day! For now you got to wait for your case # to get things moving again. Ring nvc after a week or two. We're still waiting for ours toooo. My fiance haven't started ringing tho after a week of approval. Get your needed documentation i-134  and other supporting documents prepared and send it to your fiance. Not so fast tho, it's better you send her your latest documents before her interview comes. Make sure your fiance get her police clearance and other important docs & medical for her soon! Get ready for ds160 too. We will be taking the same journey too. Congrats again!
