Passport photos for petitioner?

The information I've seen, regarding cover letters listing included materials with the i-130, all seem to list a passport photo for the petitioner is included.

What visa is being applied for? Certainly if it is a K1 or CR1/IR1 then yes, a photograph of the petitioner is needed. It goes with the petitioner's G325A as the instructions state. Check the guides here if you aren't sure.

This is for an i-130 so the G325A is included.  Does it need to be two photos or only one of each person?  I've seen both stated.  Thanks.
