Am also waiting for my parents :D I field the petition on august 2016 and my case periorty date is September 6 2016  but afterthat I didn't receive any latter for for second approval yet ?My case center is Nebraska.... m from California but I don't now why they send case to Nebraska

It takes on average 12-15 months, but varies depending on the processing center you go through and the embassy.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

All cases which go to Nebraska move slowly, no system just piles of papers never looked at .....they have more storage I think ........... I hope you avoid this piece of horror http://www.indianeagle.com/travelbeats/raise-act-to-curb-green-cards-and-legal-immigration-in-usa/

How do you guys know what case center your case is at?

AOS from B1/B2:

January 12 - I-130 & I-485 Delivered

January 24 - Both checks cashed

January 26 - Both NoAs received

February 9 - Biometrics letter received

February 17 - Biometrics appointment

January 18 - Green Card Ordered (No Interview)

January 22 - Green Card Mailed

It will depend on the first 3 letters of your Case Number. 

CSC - California Service Center

NSC - Nebraska Service Center

TSC - Texas Service Center

VSC - Vermont Service Center

YSC - Potomac Service Center

which docs did you send? I am a bit confused with the document cover sheet, do they need my marriage certificate or my moms? my passport or hers? I dont want to mess up because I need her here before I give birth to my second child.

November 2010: Started talking on a christian forum online

May 10 2011: He came to Ecuador to met me in person (He made a promise to marry me)

June 18 2011: Send I-129F

June 25 2011: NOA1

November 23 2011: Proposed in Guayaquil, in a magical place (I totally accepted!)

November 23 2011: RFE (for the passport style pics)

January 22 2012: they resent the RFE we had a problem with the mail

January 25 2012: We send the RFE

March 01 2012: Approved

April 11 2012: Interview (APPROVED) I was crying and laughing at the same time

April 24 2012: POE Miami

May 11, 2012: Finally married to my handsome baby

* ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS*

May 23 2012: Filed for the SNN

June 21, 2012: AOS filed

June 23, 2012: I got my SNN

June 28, 2012: I got an enotification with the case number :)

July 13, 2012: RFE for the i485

July 20,2012: Biometrics Appointment, same day done

July 25, 2012: Overnight the RFE

JuLY 30, 2012: Notice they got my RFE and they will be processing my case

August 8, 2012: Got a text/email RFE :( :(

11/14/16... I-130 packet for my parents sent via UPS to Phoenix

11/15/16... I-130 packet received (Priority Date)

11/18/16... Checks cashed, received emails and text messages at 5:22pm, cases routed to Texas Service Center

02/22/17... NOA2 for Mom received (Notice Date 02/15/17)

02/28/17... NOA2 for Dad received (Notice Date 02/17/17)

03/01/17... Status online shows application sent to NVC 

03/17/17... Received emails from NVC for next steps!

03/21/17... Went online to Choose an Agent

03/28/17... Received emails from NVC confirming Agent selection and to proceed with the next step (paying fees!)

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.
