Hello everyone,

I am a student on an F1 visa, and I've been in the US for 3 years now. Graduating in May, and I met the love of my life a few months ago online. We are planning on getting married around the time I graduate and moving in together then. We've already had 3 visits, and are planning on having 2-3 more before I graduate and we get married. We already have tons of pictures, chat logs, phone call logs, Skype logs, plane tickets as proof.. and we already have a joint bank account set up to pay for our flights to see each other - that we'll continue to use as a joint account when we move in together. We also currently keep a journal that we write in and send to each other back and forth that we will be using as proof of our relationship strength. I am planning on meeting his family in a month, and taking lots of pictures then. When we do get married and move in together, I will be added on the utility bills, as well as added to his health insurance. We will also have pictures of the wedding, and hopefully a couple of affidavits from friends and family members. We'll also add receipts of gifts we bought for each other, including the engagement and wedding ring, etc.

I was wondering if this would be enough as proof of our bona fide marriage? We're planning on sending all this evidence out as soon as we are married, because my F1 visa expires 90 days after I graduate.

Is the marriage coinciding with my graduation going to be an issue? :\

Is it an issue that we haven't moved in together until after my graduation/our marriage? The reason we haven't sooner is because of my education/schooling.

Thank you!

Evidence sounds good; if your relationship is bonafide, then no worries. Timing of your marriage is your personal choice.
