K1 visa for Syrian Fiance

Hi all,

 

After the issue of the executive orders and travel bans of 7 muslim countries. I would like to enquire whether my fiance would still receives her K1 visa. I have applied to her the K1 visa during November'16 and we have received NOA1 during January'16. Coming to know that my fiance is a Syrian citizen whos not living in Syria, would we face some delays in her application after the travel bans from the 7 countries ?

Doesn't matter if your fiance is living in another country, if a citizen of Syria (one of the banned countries) she can not enter the US and the K1 is impacted.
