NAO1 to NOA2 Processing Timeline Changes/Impact?

Timeline

Hello Everyone,

We just noticed under our timeline "Processing and Estimated Stats" that our estimated approval time of March 30th to April 5th was updated today as " There are not enough recent approvals in the timeline system to accurately approximate when your I-129f will be approved. Please see the Timeline Stats page to see recent approvals. "

Has anyone else's timeline been updated to this status?

Wondering if the recent immigration changes that went into effect on Friday is going to slow down the processing time for those of us waiting on USCIS NOA2 approval.

Would appreciate your input and comments.

Thank you.

Please update your timeline. Texas is only the lockbox that your application was mailed to. California is your center with no transfer. I would also remove your marriage date, as you have not married yet. Then see if it updates correctly again.

Hi,  thanks for your feedback.  I updated our timeline changing California as our service center removing Dallas.  Our timeline automatically updated to March 30th April 2nd estimated processing time after I updated our timeline.

Since we are planning on getting married in September I left the date in our timeline.

Thanks for your input and have a great day!!!!!

Mine also says the same.

We sent our Application in October to Texas.

Received NOA 1 for October 28th 2016, transferred to California.

I have not received any update.

CSC made it seem like they where still on I29F applications received in August... but I know this isn't accurate.

The link she told me to view for processing times on the GOV website, says it was update Jan 15th... But the information says as of November 2016.

So I do not believe the CSC Agent I spoke to had accurate information. 01/22/17.

I contacted my congress rep here in Hawaii.

I received a reply in 2 days from her aid! I was sent a form to allow them to make a congressional Inquiry, I sent it Friday 1/27/17, and received immediate response saying they received it and would notify me right away of new.

So my Congress person Colleen Hanabusa and her Aid have been super fast to respond.

Has anyone else with a October 2016 Filing had any issues or have you received approval as of yet? It has been 3 months for me and I am wondering why its taking so long.

FYI

Fiancée is in Philippines and I am a born US Citizen. She is 26 I am 32... its easy to tell we are a "Real" couple. I have visited her 3 time in the last 6 months...

5 months is normal processing time.

As stated above you were not transferred to CSC and should correct your timeline accordingly. Every I-129f petition is mailed to the Texas lockbox and then sent to the service center for processing.

Well, my I-797 Specifically says that my I-29F was transferred from the Texas service center to California.

How is that not "transferred"?
