Timeline

I came to US with Tourist Visa B1/B2 since 2013  (Multiple Entry for 5 years) and I had marriage certificate from Texas with US Citizen in 2013 too. Next month I come to US want to apply Green Card from Houston. What step i need to do to get it ?

no, that is immigration fraud, you are coming to the us with the intent to use the visa and adjust status, that is fraud

 

why hasn't your husband filed for you yet? he should have filed for you, the process can take from 8 months to a year and you will have the interview in your country. you can visit but never overstay while the process is ongoing

 

have him start with the i130 and two G325A, one for each of you

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
