My Iranian fiancé received a cancellation of her appointment tomorrow?

What happens next?

Is the application held? suspended?

will I have to restart the whole process?

Do I get a refund of my fees :) LOL

It looks like the whole situation is a mess; I saw a ban on applications last week; but the full impact of the executive order just appears to be hitting full penetration.

Per U.S. Presidential Executive Order signed on January 27, 2017, visa issuance to aliens from the countries of Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen has been suspended effective immediately until further notification. Your upcoming VISA appointment was cancelled in compliance with these new directives.

If you are a national, or dual national, of one of these countries, please do not attempt to schedule a visa appointment, pay a visa fees at this time, or attend your previously scheduled visa appointment.
