You should be fine since u are already on US soil. If you were outside the US and applied for an immigrant benefit, then it would be a totally different ball game because you would not be able to get

No one really knows . You can ask a lawyer if you want, I am really sorry you are going through this. I am also very scared :(

You are from Saudi Arabia?? This country is not in the ban list. So you are okay. But might do a thorough scrutiny

I'm not! I worked there and I got my K1 from there.

Yes I did! Oh yeah even my passport says that I was born in Saudi
