Page 3 initial evidence (instructions)

"3. Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa
If you have obtained a nonimmigrant visa(s) from a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad within the last year, submit a photocopy(ies) of the page(s) of your passport containing the visa(s)."

 

The i-131 and the i-765 also require it.. if you're planning on doing those aswell.

So let me give you more details. My spouse is the American party, and in the military, and I'm from iran. A while ago my passport expired but I chose not to file to renew it since my marriage is not registered at iranian embassy/ office in washington and for safety reason.im just trying to cover my bases and make sure I don't need a valid passport for filing n400

N400 is naturalization ... not adjustment of status... but Ok gotcha :)

 

As far as I can see it just says to bring to the interview valid and expired passports. At that point I'm sure it's common with expired passports... also you will have aquired other forms of identifications at that point...

Oh jesus I somehow ended up at the adjustment of status section. My apologies. But yeah I do have multiple forums of identifications. Drivers license, military ID and all that. Thanks for info
