you should include any evidence of ongoing income such as pay stubs and/or a letter from your employer stating your position and yearly wage.  Include the last year to 3 years of tax return transcripts as well (2016 taxes are not due yet so you do not need to include those.)

As for your current annual income, you can either use last year's w2 gross amount (before taxes) or you can use the formula $$ per hour x hrs per week x 52.  (example: $11.00/hr x 38hrs/week x 52 = $21,736.00)

I think you'll be okay with that letter- it shows how long you've been working, what you've been earning, and will serve as good evidence as it will correlate with your tax transcripts, pay stubs, any evidence you include. I think you would be fine submitting your tax transcripts for the past 3 years to show steady flow of income, along with the W2's. I think by including all 3 (1040, W2, Employment Letter) you'll be great :) You can always include some recent pay stubs if you'd like, but I really think what you have is great.

Either get your tax return transcripts from the IRS or submit your ENTIRE tax return.  That includes 1040, w2s, 1099s, any and all schedules etc...whatever would have been sent with a paper return.  Tax return transcripts are free from the IRS and can be obtained via mail, downloading from the IRS website or an IRS office.

Also its not an issue if it doesnt say yearly wage.  Since it says hourly wage its easy for you to estimate your yearly annual income using the formula I provided earlier.
