Hello everyone! 

Im new to the forum and had a question. im sure this has been answered so many times but not finding an answer.

 

On Form I130, part c, question 17, do i need to put my son that both my husband and I have together. My son was born here in the USA.

 

He is the petitioner and I am the beneficiary. If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it!

Yes, your husband and your son will both go there.  It's asking for all spouse and children of the petitioner's relative which is you.
