If I read your question right, after you submit your petition to USCIS, they'll send it to one of their service centers. When you receive a NOA from USCIS (if you include the G-1145 form with your petition) it will give you a number, such as WAC123456789. The letters in front of the number indicate what service center your petition is at. WAC for example, stands for the California Service Center. EAC stands for Vermont.

If you're asking where to file it, here is a useful link

Thanks for the link, so i can't know which center by knowing it's on Dallas lockbox ?

Nope, the process basically goes as follows --

  1. You send your application to the lockbox.
  2. Lockbox cashes your check and forwards the application (RANDOMLY) to one of the four service centers (Nebraska, Potomac, Texas or California).
  3. After one week has passed since Step 1, you receive a Notification of Action (NOA) which will list a Receipt Number. The first three letters of the receipt number will indicate which service center your application has been sent to.

Good luck!
