I don't know the details of these gentlemen but we have a lot of Iranians living in Sweden who are successful Swedish citizens. Many of them doctors. Lots of them came in the early 90's.

 

EDIT: It seems like they were Iranians studying in Sweden. But still, let's not make assumptions that Iranians are bad when they're not.

Actual facts tend to be more bland and boring. As per the White House, LPRs are not banned.

If LPR's are not protected by the constitution then why is illegal aliens protected? And why do people entering on visa's generally get a pamphlet from the embassy about their constitutional rights while in the US?

It seems that as of late last night and this morning, the CBP is continuing to act in contrary to the federal ruling. Technically they should be held in contempt of court. What's even more truly insane, is that when the judge asked Trump's lawyers very basic questions - they could not answer or even defend it. The White House says ''allowed to re-enter'' after a screening. This seems then that not only are the CBP not following White House directives, but neither are they to the judge. They haven't ''re screened'' people, they've sent some people back on flights to the foreign country. There were some instances of individuals who were coerced to sign documents without legal council.

Quite clever how you intentionally left out the "ILLEGAL" part of that statement. 1. I wasn't trying to be clever. The wording is "on a weekly basis, make public a comprehensive list of criminal actions committed by aliens". It does not specify undocumented.

2. Overstay is a civic offense not a crime and can therefore not be "illegal", i.e. undocumented immigrants

3. I'm not a democrat, I'm not even from this country.

4. I don't know that they have published a weekly list of immigrants committing crime (I'd like to read about it though if you could provide a link?) but how exactly would that even make it "right"? A wrongful act committed many times does not make it more just.

This is just purely my perception of his intention. to publish the illegal acts and crimes of these illegal aliens,immigrants whatever you wish to refer to them as,is intended too show WHY they do not belong here. many but NOT ALL are criminals that have come here to avoid punishment in their home country. In the State of Florida they have a complete list of dead beat fathers that refuse to pay child support,so making lists of unlawful/criminal acts is not new...

The Irani population in Sweden are a VERY successful population. I know many strong educated women advocating women's rights as well as several entrepreneurial Iranians.... they have adapted to the Swedish society and contribute in a great many ways.  

 

edit: They have been coming even since the 70's when they were protesting the Irani government and were persecuted. My very best friend back in Sweden is half orthodox Turkish-Syrian(dad), half Greek(mom) and she is married to an Iranian guy. Both of them are born in Sweden, their parents run their own successful companies and now so do they as a couple. In the middle east they would not even be allowed to be married... Being from a country says nothing about who you are.
