Courier for mailing parcels to USA? (parcelmonkey etc)

I've been looking to find the best place to ship a bunch of my things to the USA when I move over. I had stumbled across an alternative site to Parcelmonkey one night while browsing on here. But I can't for the life of me find the thread now.

Anybody know some other sites?

Yeah. I found that one. It was a thread from 2016 though and it had another place that worked out a good bit cheaper than them. It's driving me nuts tying to find it. Damn my scatterbrain

Are you sending by air or sea? I have 31 boxes on a ship somewhere between Dorset and Seattle right now and paid the princely sum of £284 for all of it. This was Transglobal Express.

Oh wow! Thanks so much for posting this. Did you use a discount code or this is indeed the standard price?

That was the standard price. I paid extra to have a courier collect the boxes from Dorset instead of dropping them at their warehouse myself . And there was $165 to pay for customs documentation but all in all it was a small price to pay to get all my stuff here.

I put in details for 3 20kg boxes from London to MD and it comes up over £400 with UPS being cheapest at £380. You must've been lucky.
