I got my first NOA letter in mail this week. However I did get notification in email couple months ago on November 18 saying USCIS got my application, approved, fee paid, and sent to California Center. This NOA letter I got this week is only about paid fee receipt. It seems to be so slow to respond in mail compare to email. Is that letter considering first NOA or second NOA that is close to be approve/reject from California?

The email you got in November didn't say your case was approved, it only said your case was accepted.

Did you not get a receipt notice in your mailbox 1-2 weeks after you received the email? If you did, that would've been your NOA1. If not, it might have been lost on the way to you. It seems odd that a NOA1 hardcopy would arrive 2 months later, are you sure this new letter you got doesn't say that your case was approved?

Sorry I meant accepted, not approved. Yes I did not get a receipt notice in my mailbox few weeks after email notification. This is my first NOA hardcopy letter. Is there any concern I should do to notify UCIS?

Hi, i got the NOA1 text last night. When I checked the status using receipt number FOR I-485, the website says on 26th jan we accepted the fingerfee for your I-485. Why it only says finger fee. I wrote a check  of 1225 , including the biometric fee, 1140 for I-485 and 85 for bio fee, so totaling 1225. Should I worry about this?

No reason to worry, that's what it shows for all of us filing for AOS, completely normal.
