Hello Everyone,

I am about to begin the process for the cr-1 with my wife.  She has a clean record, but I was a bit more wild as a kid and had a dwi when I was 20 years old-which was reduced to a DWAI.  I was told after 10 years it would not be on my record....?  I also had a possession charge for probably 5 dollars worth of weed when I was 19.  Youth.

I have had a clean record since but I am not sure if I need to provide arrest records for these charges?  And if so, what exactly is that process like?  I thought as the petitioner these things would not matter but Ive read otherwise.  Looking for some clear answers so I know what to do!

 Thanks for your time!!!!!
