Okay, this should be my last question regarding this form because hopefully I'll be able to send every thing in later this afternoon. Also I wanna send a big thanks to everyone who has been super helpful and patient with me through all my questions lmao thank you!!!

So, on questions 13a.-13d, I'm a bit confused about how to answer it. I was born in Spain but my mom was born in the US. My dad was also born in Spain. I know my citizenship was acquired through my mom, but when I was looking at a copy of my certificate I couldn't find a "certificate number" so I'm assuming it doesn't count as a "Certificate of Naturalization or a Certificate of Citizenship in my name", right? I read somewhere that I don't need it but I get nervous easily lol and I don't want to send it without being 100% sure. Should I send them a copy of my certificate of birth abroad (I'm pretty sure that's what I have)? I'm sending a copy of some pages of my passport, ie the front page with my picture and the pages that are stamped, but should I just go ahead and copy every page including blank ones?

Sorry for all the questions guys! Thanks so much!!

You would select "13c parents."  You're not a naturalized citizen so you don't need a naturalization certificate or number.  I'd include your own birth certificate and possibly your mom's U.S. birth certificate/proof of citizenship as well.

Hope this is helpful!

I would only send the requested info. In your case your birth certificate or you passport (copies of course.don't ever send originals).

Check the instructions, I'm pretty sure it wants you to copy every page if you use the passport to proof you're an US-Citizen.
