Hello,

I wanted to know whether I needed to get a 601a provisional waiver. I arrived in the US at the age of 4 in 2000. I am now 20 and I've had my DACA since I was 17. Ive never had my DACA expire since ive received it. I have an approved i130 through my step dad, we were going through this process im 2015 but I joined MAVNI and stopped the process. MAVNI stalled and doesnt seem like its going to work. My parents got married in 2005. Ive only entered the US once. Do I need to get the 601a? or could I just leave and go through consular processing since ive technically never accrued unlawful presence days nor activated the permanent bar?

Thank you kindly.
