maybe because he didn't have the DNA?

And the children had absolutely nothing to do with the denial it was proving that we were in a bona fide relationship

Nigeria is one of the highest marriage fraud countries, so many K-1 are denied for lack of a bona fide relationship.

There is little that you can do to change the adjudicator's determination of lack of a bona fide relationship.

It would be best to move on by marrying and filing for a spousal visa.  In the meantime, develop the relationship evidence.

Sorry to hear about this. Dwheels76 advice and the advice of the other posters requires some thought. Maybe try contacting your congressman, or go to the embassy in Nigeria asap.

Wish you well on your journey!

It will be late, contact ASAP the embassy and ask your senator or congressman contact the embassy too. NVC won't do anything, the decision is up to the embassy

No the nvc can decide to approve it again. I've seen it done with cr-1 petitioners.

CR is different, K1 denied, sent back it's usually over. But I am not intending to argue with you. Ask more people and do more research, maybe it works different in your case

Your K1 will be allowed to expire. All you can do at this point is build stronger relationship evidence, marry and file CR1. Nigeria is a very difficult embassy. You should really research in the Nigeria portal. Go bank pages and pages in the forum. Read about others experiences and learn how to overcome this. You need more face time.  You needing lots of frontloading.

Contact Ebunoluwa. She's an expert at this.
