Fiance original signatures on form G-325a

I'm seeing conflicting answers on this one. So my fiance lives in Czech Republic and I'm wondering if they have to print out form G-325a and the Letter of Intent, sign both, and mail it to me? Would a scan suffice? If not, does anyone know if it has to be signed in ink? Or can my fiance just sign it online and e-mail it back to me? We're kind of in a hurry and unfortunately I realized a little late into the process that it may need to be original signatures.

Also, do we need to include a copy as well as an original in the packet?

Thanks!

Generally people will always argue over this.

For us, my partner in the Philippines printed a copy of everything he needed to sign. Signed it with black ink, then scanned and emailed them back to me,

All USC's signatures were original "wet" ink.

Again there will always be arguements over this; but this is what we did and had no issues.

That's because there have been conflicting experiences.  Some got RFE for not having original signatures....some did not.

I believe that now they accept some scanned copies.

Make sure to provide these letters (example "Letter of Intent to Marry"), having each letter signed by the author in ink (we recommend each person sign their letter in ink to indicate original authorship of the letter)  << this was taken from the guide
