Notice of Intent to Deny

I received a notice of intent to deny after our Interview at the field office. We responded back within the giving timeline. Its been 3 months now since we responded and we have heard nothing yet. We just recently called the 1-800 number and we were told our case was transferred from the field office to a service center. The level 1 analyst did not specify what service center on the phone.

 

I have never heard of such cases were the field office transfers to a service center. Any assistance on this would be helpful.

Interview for what? Your last post says you had GCs in hand after successful interviews in February 2016. Please provide some context.

Yes, please give more information.  If you indeed were approved, got the physical greencard, and then got a notice of intent to deny afterwards, that would be extremely odd, and I would guess a mistake.  If you are asking for a friend, then please tell us their story in full, or even better, get them to come on here so we can hear the story first hand.
