Hi everyone, Just wondering if anyone has ever just sent in the DS 3025 without seeing a civil surgeon. It says if the DS 3025 is incomplete, then you need to see a civil surgeon. Curious to see if anyone has risked it.

AOS

2/10/2017 -> AOS Package (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131) mailed to Chicago Lockbox by USPS

2/23/2017 -> Physical NOA1 received for all three

3/02/2017 -> RFE (initial evidence) received, needed to send 2016 tax return (filed after package was sent out)

3/10/2017 -> Biometrics letter received.

3/24/2017 -> Biometrics appointment scheduled.

4/29/2017 -> EAD/AP card received. =)

Well.. I mean it's fairly simple. If the DS 3025 shows it's complete then all you do is a send a copy of it. If it's not, you see a civil surgeon and get what ever wasn't completed done.

With that said, we sent a copy of the DS 3025, and it was fine because the DS 3025 was marked as completed from the doctor at the K-1 medical.

If you send one marked as incomplete, they'll just RFE you to go see a civil surgeon.

Are you hoping maybe they won't see the "incomplete" marker and let you pass on by, because it probably won't happen.

Hahaha, yes it is pretty simple. I'm probably just over-analyzing it. I've read that even with a complete DS3025, some people have gotten an RFE. Was just curious as to what other people's experience was.  For the i-693 form, did you just fill out your information part only? Thanks =)

There is a section for the applicant to complete and one for the civil surgeon to complete.  If your DS3025 is marked incomplete you will need the civil surgeon to complete their part of the I-693.  They will put it in a sealed envelope and you send that with your I-485 documents.

We've sent in our DS3025 alone. It is marked complete, but I did also notice before we sent it in that although it had been marked as such, I don't think all the necessary vaccinations were given.

We decided to send it in, anyway, to beat the fee change, and to just deal with an RFE if it came. If your DS3025 is complete, and the exam was in the past year, the instructions explicitly state that you don't need the 693.

I have a question regarding my medical records, it wasn't mark complete nor incomplete, I did all the test back then, I'm thinking maybe the doctor forgot to check the box for complete test. I'm  worried now that I only noticed it now
