nvc case number

helo, i just got my case number and invoice id for my approved i 140 via phone from nvc. when i tried to log in to ceas with my case number , i couldnt . so when i called and asked nvc they said i need to wait till my priority becomes current. i am from europe and my lawyer says my priority is current but he didnt give me any extra information. so now i am stuck with case number and invoice id and i have no clue whats the next step! lawyer just doesnt tell me anything! 

please help!

I am croatian . Europe. So i heard from my lawyer and apparently even if priority date isnt current we can start consular processing. My priority date is dec. 16 and the cut off date is october 1. Hopefully by the time i get my documents together my priority date will be current.
