I met my fiance while i was on a deployment and she was on a work visa, we have pictures of of together and we talk on a daily basis, but none of us had visited eachothers home country. Would the interview deny her of a k1 visa?

No. You would not be denied for that. How recently did this meeting occur?

It's fine to meet in a third country, many people do due to visa requirements.

Where is the beneficiary from, and how long have you met for?  In general, the more often you meet and/ or the longer you spend together, the better the chances for approval.

She is from the philippines and we were together for a few months, pretty much during my deployment. We have maybe 11 pictures of us together, and a millions conversations on chat..is that proof enough? Would they be fine with that?

Also, i have a copy of my orders with the date i arrived and she has a stamp in her passport so they can see the dates reference my "how and when we met" letter....basically i want to know how high my chances are of getting married.

Extremely high. As long as you show proof of what you have, there's no reason to deny.

How can i show "proof of intent to marry within 90 days" if were waiting to get an approved visa before we do a courthouse marriage?

It should be on the official I-129F instructions (USCIS instructions on their website).

Hello guys,i just want to know if anyone here had experienced getting coc from singapore since june21,2016?I need to get COC but since june21,2016 singapore change their procedure on how to get coc,everybody needs to apply online no more walkin applicant.But one of their requirements is request letter from embassy for what purpose your getting COC .Then i called USEM hotline to asked on how to get it then she said go to embassy on window 36 but when i went their the guard didnt allowed me to get in and she just told me to go online and she give me the wbsite but when i check the website i cant find way to get request letter.

 

 

Can anyone here give me an idea on how to get request letter?
