Form I 693 please help

Hello everyone I'm looking for some advice I'm currently working on the I 693 and I have scheduled an appointment to do all the exams etc..

 

But here is my concern the actual I 693 expires in 3 months and the interview will probably be 4-6 months after we filed the AOS, should I go ahead and do the exams (quiet expensive) and send it along with the form I 485 and I 130 or just wait and brings with me to the interview? 

Would it still valid even though the form is already expired?

I sent mine in with my application packet. It shouldn't be a big deal. Your immunization records don't exactly change that much. This is just so someone who's trusted by the government can go over your immunization records and make sure they're compliant :) 

N-400 Application for Naturalization

Day    00 - 08/31/20 - Submitted online N-400 application. ROC still pending. Requested combo interview.

Day    01 - 09/01/20 - NOA received online. Status says biometrics appt letter will be sent. (PD 08/31/20)

Day  141 - 01/20/21 - Biometrics reuse letter

Day  233 - 04/22/21 - ROC approved, no news on N-400

Day  288 - 06/18/21 - Interview scheduled

Day  332 - 07/30/21 - Successful interview. No decision yet.

Day 758  - 09/28/22 - Oath ceremony will be scheduled

Day 870 - 01/18/23 - Oath ceremony complete
