I am a daughter of a USC born outside the US. Im 27yrs and unmarried, my USC mother filed form 1130 on May 4 2012. My case then approved on Oct 1 2013. Does anyone have any idea for how long is the processing time? Help please..

Hi,

Currently they are processing 22Feb2010. So 2 more years to go. It might be faster if Visa Bulletin will move forward faster. You should check it every month.

Actually am also waiting for my brother. His priority is march 2012. How long do u think is left
