I am the petitioner and my fiance is soon to have his interview. With this coming step I can't help but be worried about some concerns. PLS help share your thoughts on this

1. His annullment was approved in January 2016. In April it was released but had to bring it back to make some correction with misspelled name. Hence the process to send it for annotation took longer than expected. We filed the 129F petition in September got approved in November and medical exam done but was also delayed due to the wait time for sputum culture result. The annotated marriage certificate just got released in December. I was made to believe that after the APPROVAL DATE  of annulment from the court is enough to claim that he is legally able to marry even if it is not annotated yet in NSO due to delay.

Is there any problem with this. So anxious already:(
