My husband's extension is soon to expire in April. Does anyone know how or if we can request to get another extension letter to be able to travel abroad? Thank you

From your timeline, it looks like you're asking about the extension letter during ROC?

 

When the letter is close to expiring (others can weigh in on the timing of this), you can make an infopass and get an I-551 stamp.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
