So much confusing advice here.

What is best way to make this happen quickly.

Its been more than one year since i entered the USA on a K-1

I named the children on my original application when I was in the U.K.

Does the 'follow to join' apply?

I hope someone can help

K1 Follow to Join is a year.

 

US Spouse files for them, takes about a year.

18 so looking at Uni, 16 can be an awkward age.

 

Might want to look at in state tuition costs for the 18 year old.

I 130 is not going to be done by fall, so a F1 if you need it by then.
