Work experience without paying taxes - should I include it?

What employment for the last 5 years should I mention in my G-325a? What I really was doing or what I was paying taxes for? The thing is that I've been working online for 5 years but only 1.5 years ago I registered as an entrepreneur (before getting divorced with my 1st husband).

Employment is employment so long as you were doing work. But as for the tax part, that will come and bit you later if you haven't been reporting that income.

I guess, you are the beneficiary (so am I). You should put in your G-325a what your actual job is, regardless whether you are paying taxes or not. I have never heard that USCIS, or US consulate staff were interested in that part of an applicant's life (taxes). During an interview, consular officer might ask you what you do for living , that's it. Unless your job is on their "Technology Alert List", or whatever they call it, it's highly unlikely that CO will be interesting in your relationship with "nalogovaya inspktsiya".

My job is teaching English:-) I don't suppose it can be on any alert lists.
