It is not ban now but if you fiance income is not significantly good, your chance of approval is low because IO has a reason to believe you will become burden for the US.

His income is ok.

I want to know any documents i can ready before the interview?

like make an appointment for doctor there? need doctor or hospital show a "receive letter"?

If we married, his insurance can cover me ? or i can get my own insurance?

Thank you!!!

I know you say his income is "ok", but I will just preface that with US heathcare is one of the most expensive in the world. It might not be a bad idea to have a joint sponsor prepared as a back, if requested by USCIS.

If married and he has an employer-based plan, his insurance will likely allow you to be added. It does vary from plan to plan, but the vast majority support adding a spouse, and becoming married is a qualifying event to permit a change. You can also get your own insurance instead - either privately (expensive), through your employer (once you get your EAD and work, if you so choose), or through the Affordable Care Act (likely to be repealed/replaced? in the future). What exactly is covered or not varies from plan to plan. I don't know exactly what treatments and monitoring is required for HIV, but it's potentially only partially covered. That's something you and your spouse will need to research for the specifics.

As for the interview, did you do your medical yet? If so, they should have that information already.

Yes, I've did my Medical examnation last week, and told them I'm HIV+

I read a case before, they need many documents to apply a visa waiver to U.S.

what we can do now is better?  mail to USCIS ask about my case? they will answer to us honest?

i want to do some works in advance before the visa interview,

I don‘t want just ready documents then if visa officer ask me to supplementary some documents,

Long distance relationship is hard, I don't want waste time, I don‘t want only waitting now but do nothing...

my english not so good, I hope you can understand,

Thankful !!!

It is not USCIS responsibility for your case anymore, any decision in your interview will be at officer's discretion.

So, it sounds like you should make sure you and your fiance's finances are all in order for the affidavit of support, and to be proactive, you could get a note from your doctor stating that you are in good health, taking medications, and not likely to have big health expenses related to uncontrolled HIV.

1/29/2016- NOA 2

2/18/2016- Letter from NVC saying they're forwarding to Guangzhou

3/4/2016- Received P3, returned it about a week later

3/22/2016- P4 email

5/12/16- Interview. Approved!

5/16/16- After a few days saying administrative processing, CEAC now says issued!

Additional snafu: my fiancé came over on his visa, but just a month later (and the day before we were going to get married) he had an emergency that necessitated him returning to China.  I contacted the Guangzhou consulate via their email system, provided the requested documents/proof, and he was granted a second interview for "reissuance."  He had to re-do the medical, redo the interview (bringing yet another copy of all of the things he had to bring the first time) and we were approved again!  He received what looked like a new visa in his passport, but the original 90 day countdown for marriage was still ticking.  He came back to the US and we got married right away!

8/22/16- Married!

no news... case status on website still says "fingerprint fee received..."

I had TB and Syphilis medical history before hiv, have been cured many years ago,

based on my all medical history, will be hard for my K1 VISA?

Here is information from the CDC about the medical exam and what they're looking for and what would cause you to fail the medical exam. https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/medical-examination-faqs.html#5

Any records you have of your treatment and cure might be helpful to have on hand.

I think that most people who have trouble with K1 visa is because there is some kind of doubt about their relationship being genuine, rather than because of appropriately treated or cured infections.  Try to stay calm, gather all of your medical history, and be honest.
