K-2 Application For Children Traveling to US on a Fiance K-1 Visa

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding my fiance 12 year old son who will be traveling to the US with her after approval of her K-1 Visa.  Reading the D-160 application I understand that her son is required to have a separate application.  My question is what is the cost for his K-2 Visa.  He is 12 years old, I do not see a separate fee listed anywhere under the D-160 instructions or K-1 Visa requirements and fee schedule.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Also, I couldn't find any information regarding her son requiring a medical examination at St. Luke's hospital.  Is he required to have a medical examination and can you point me to the website where this information is posted.

Thank you again for your assistance!!!!

The requirements for the K2 is the same as the K1 with a few exceptions. You will duplicate most documents including the ds-160 for the K2. The fee for the interview is the same as mom's $265 payable in pesos. Sagot and I have step by step guides, with links that will answer most questions and guide you so you don't miss anything. http://tinyurl.com/ob9xoa8

Thank you for everyone's response.

I believe I have everything I need now.  We are currently awaiting NOA2 approval and once that happens it looks like things really begin to move following this step.

The frustrating part of all of this is the waiting period to have my Fiance and her son Visa's approved.

Once you have your NOA2, wait about 2 weeks then contact NVC to get your MNL#.  Here is a link to start with.
