I can see a pending withdrawal for today in my bank, but no text. Do they send the text or email after withdrawal or before?

Did you get the text message for NOA1 the same day your packet was received by USPS. I am very upset, as I sent my package on 25th Jan, my package reached there on 27th Jan according to USPS. but still no text no email. Now I am thinking may be I have done something wrong like forgot to sign the 1145, but I am sure that I signed it....:( getting nervous here.

The G-1145 doesn't require a signature. Don't worry too much about it. I'm sure you'll get your NOA1 soon! It does take a while.

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

Hi There, i would say not to get nervous yet, wait at-least 4-5 business days, you should get something from them either text, email or returned recipt note

I found out what the problem was. My fault, I attached G 1145 AFTER my cover letter, it should have been the first page though.

So they couldn't see it. Oh well.:)

No, it doesn't work that way, I also put the g1145 after cover letter and they arrange the papers according to their way after it is received. Maybe your g-1145 was lost or you didn't put the correct info. Anyway it's not important. You will receive hard copy through your mail

I am a newbie too here. Our cases were both sent to Texas Service Center. From those what I have read, approval in TSC is quiet fast than the others so let's keep praying for ours to be updated and be approved soon.

God bless ?

Hello!

I am a newbie here so please bear with me.

Our file was received on January 23 and NOA 1 sent out January 26. It looks like we got the Texas Service Center. We will be doing a waiver(I 601a). Is this something that I file now? Or until our I 130 is approved.

This process is so confusing. I was told that this is the longest part of the waiting game.

Good luck to all the January Filers!!

Hey,

If you go to your profile and then view your timeline it will say at the very bottom when your projected noa2 date will be aka approval of the i-130 before it gets sent to NVC. Hope this helps! Make sure the details of your timeline are correct in terms of service centre etc to ensure you get the most relevant prediction ^_^
