It's sooo frustrating! And I don't understand why it would be sent to the slowest service centre especially when the local one is working on 2017 cases

I just happened to check the third party app as I did like on the hour every hour and i saw it had been updated! I must have literally checked as the app updated cos I got a notification at the same time on my phone. And then when I checked my inbox I had an email from USCIS because I created an account with my case number and signed up for email updates!

Don't let this thing beat you down. After I got my NOA 2 I litterally had about a day of going wild and then it was back to the waiting process. There is sooooo much waiting involved in the visa steps. Calling the NVC every day and now they are saying they have my Documents but they just haven't put it into the system yet!!! It's frustrating but I am doing exactly what you are doing - just feeling the excitement of going to see my husband in a few weeks  enjoy your summer - most of us need to accept that this process will probably take a year minimum and during that time we just need to be patient. When I look on the family list and see that some people are being made wait up to 6 years - I truly feel blessed that I just have to deal with this year and then I have the rest of my life to be by my other half  

 

feeling stressrd doesnt help the situation so just take a step back and focus on the postitive! It is happening ! (At snails pace yes) but hopefully things will speed up soon !! Xxx

Hey! Yeah I haven't had a case number assigned yet either. Gonna call them again on Friday. Found out that the earliest police cert collection appointment for me is 13th July! Hopefully that won't hold back my application lol.

Just to point out - USCIS updated my case online 2 days after it had been approved. So im not sure if that means the website is working again or what the deal is. I'd say keep checking every day!

Having seen advances in other SC's, I think I'm not supporting enough my NSC, so I ordered a T-Shirt with a screenshot of "My case was received, bla, bla.." and a claim, "GO NEBRASKA!!" Anyway nobody here, in Valencia (Spain), know what the heck it does mean, so... I'll be the king of the swimming pool this summer.
