Me and my husbands lease for our new place in the states is starting on July 1st. Should we change the date after or before that? What did you do?

I would just change it once you move.  My case was updated as soon as I posted, took two weeks from when I changed to receive a letter stating this, (e-mail was immediate).

Hi there :D

We sent our i-130 off on 01/16/17. It was received on 01/17/17 and we received our noa1 text on 01/20/17. We've been sent to Potomac... Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing!

Hello, any updates from your case?

My predicted approval date has been saying not enough recent approvals to determine a date for well over a week now! This sucks  Potomac must be wayyyy behind. I'm guessing no January filers have had any movement yet... Sigh! Looking forward to when the time comes that we all get to post something positive about this process for once lol!

Hello, any news now?

Potomac Center.

1/21/2017- Sent my packet

1/23/2017- USCIS received the package

Within a week I got my NOA-1

6/16/2017 - Received an email for RFE, now waiting for the letter so that I can see the details

When people receive their rfe's it might be helpful to share what they are for so others can make sure to include those things in their packets?

Although im sure a thread probably already exists for that maybe ?

Best of luck to everyone this week :) xxx

It's just unbelievable, because others received their rfe's during at their 3-4 months period of time. 😢😢😢 another time of waiting after they received it.

Hello fellow filers!

My wife filed our I-130 January 27th, received the NOA1 about a week later but haven't heard a thing yet.

Our case was sent to Nebraska service centre who I believe are still backed up to October 2016 😔 Not sure why it went there when it was initially sent from Texas.

Fingers crossed they speed things up!

My wife lives in Texas and I live in England. Does anybody know how long the process should "roughly" take once it is finally sent over to the UK?

Also any suggestions on the best website to keep an eye on processing times as the uscis website seems to never get updated.

It's so sad that the government can seperate our family's for so long 😔

I would be sincerely greatful for any help or advice.

Thank you!!!

hey girl.  Nebraska Service Center is the absolute worse ever. We are patiently waiting. We sent our I130 Dec 16 and still nothing.   Plan on about 7 months
