Hi there :-)

How are you doing?

Nevermind the little meltdown... Patience is one tough beast to tame !

There's one thing that bothers me though, I'll be flying to California in 32 days, and I'd really like to have everything ready for the NVC.

I don't want to feel frustrated and helpless because of a potential missing document while I'm gone for a month !

In the meantime I'm doing progress here (place is sold and company will be fully transfered to my associate in October)... Yet, I'm getting angry at the USCIS status quo.

I think I'll have a glass of wine :-)

That will help :P

Lol! Wine is always GOOD choice, hope you're feeling better today & congratz on selling your house and transferring your business. Be ready before you go on vacation, make sure you can perform the next steps even being in Cali.

I'm doing Ok, trying to fight oFf frustration as well, Corporate SUCKS!

I just had the diphtheria, tetanus and polio + 2nd dose MMR done today all free at my local GP. They also printed out my medical history and the confirmation of those jabs.

Most uk GPs don't do influenza vaccines until September so I might have to have that done during my medical. I also need a blood test to prove I had chicken pox as A child and don't need the varicella !

But pretty smooth sailing :)

Is the blood test entirely necessary to prove that? I thought it was just a case of telling them you had had chicken pox and they took your word for it... Or at least that is what I've read a few people saying in relation to the medical in London!

Hey, for those of you who have obtained/applied for a police certificate, did you need a letter/document to show what you were requesting it for? Seems here in Singapore I'd need to submit a letter.

I don't know - I would rather just have a blood test in case they want something more official than my word ! Wanna have all my bases covered :)

They never asked me what I needed it for. Applied online, got it within 10 days, then a couple days for apostille.

13th ( Did they just skip our case?

Not necessarily, your noa2 may be on its way in the mail and just hasn't arrived yet. Sometimes it can go a little out of sequence but im sure you will hear something very soon.
