I actually saw it first on the iPhone "case tracker" app and checked the official USCIS website and it had updated as well! 

 

Says i should receive it in the post shortly but not entirely sure how long that takes ?

 

i know people call up to get the numbers before it arrives sometimes - is that recommended ? What should I ask for and where do I call exactly?

I got that police record thing and apostille for it in January. Wonder if it's too old now

Some countries are 6 months and some are a year (as far as I know) so you'd have to just check online I guess

No news from me yet... But very hopeful for an approval this week! *Fingers crossed*

 

So... I was bored earlier and decided to manually look up cases on the USCIS app. I wanted to see when the most recent approval was to my case number. I found where the start of the Jan 17th 2017 cases were and went back one by one to notice that there were ZERO case numbers assigned between the 5th of January and the 17th of January... How very odd! It just totally jumps from one to the other... Meaning there really literally thousands of people with a PD of January 17th haha! Myself included... So although I feel like I'll maybe be soon for approval, there are sooooo many people ahead of me... Numerically. Anyway, that's not really relevant to anything I just thought it was really unusual.

Must not be completely in order then. My case was received 13th jan.

Oh, strange! Does your Noa1 say 13th Jan? If so you might want to update your timeline

Now I'm in doubt lol. I'll have to ask hubby to check when he wakes up. But my online case status says received Jan 13th - that should be it right? If so, silly me must have put in the date we received the hard copy in the mail into my timeline! Although I did say notice date in my signature. Can't remember my train of thought then.

They looked at your case which is good and they need additional evidence before making a final decision.

 

What evidence are they requesting?
