I have issues with that USCIS app lol. Potomac isn't listed as a service centre (unless im missing something and not seeing it) but when it gives me updates about cases similar to mine they aren't actually similar at all! Getting updates about cases that were filed in like august to Nebraska and California... Not sure what I've done wrong lol

Lol i guess we can all write them a review.  I'm no expert just saying that i have checked and i saw where cases after and before mine were given refs in April and ive seen other cases other than i130 but it gives me some hope to be seeing something because USCIS is a stone wall and they offer nttn other than within normal processing time lol normal my head nttn normal about families being apart for 1 yr.

Guys, don't drive mad with this, it's a third party App, they monetize on clicks and advertising. I don't know how they can cross data to show a presumable advance of another applicant, for instance... I downloaded the App and had a look, but I don't think it's accurate or reliable.

We all are people in a complicate situation, far from our beloveds and dying for any update, and they make money on that. Remember the Internet axiom, "If it's free, you're the product"

Preparing my travel to spend some weeks with the wife and the girls. Patience.

Good luck.

Hey Guys - I was wondering if you want to speed up the process should we get our medical exam etc done now?

Is that possible to do? Or should you wait for the package with instructions to arrive from NVC first?

Can the medical etc expire? Is that why we should wait?

Hi i think it is best to wait as it is the consulate that sets the interview date and based on the date you have gotten then you will go ahead and schedule the medical examination (this is how it is done in Jamaica). I doubt that the medical facility will facilitate you and you have not yet received a date for your interview.

And yes medicals do have an expiration date. They must be valid in order to receive landing by CBP.

I sat wait for the package. If you need to redo your police record then do that because those too have expiry date or go and check that your immunization is up to date and if not get those but please leave the medical until you are told.

I see! I don't have either of them done so I thought it might be good to get them now while I'm waiting and have them ready by the time the NOA2 arrives..

Hopefully it should be arriving any day now so I shall just wait if that is the case.

Thank you so much for your advice :)  I hope your process is moving along smoothly!

Hi! I hope everyone will be approved soon! While waiting, check the NVC and prepare all the required documents, so you could submit it all on time, the earlier the better coz it is another waiting time.😊 Good luck January Filers! 😊😊😊

What kind of things are you able to prepare ahead of time?

Oh, thats the thing, when my NOA2 got approved thats the only time, I googled and researched everything, that is why we submitted or mailed everything last May and it will take 11 weeks for the review. You have to prepare your civil documents (beneficiary) and for the petitioner, prepare all the financial evidences.
